Simon is a qualified golf fitness instructor. He has level one certification with the MyTPI certification process, level one and two certification with The Golf Athlete, certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness. Simon has always had a passion for fitness in general and over the over the recent years has realised the importance the body and fitness levels have on improving the golf game.
If a person has a deficiency/ weakness or tightness in the body we would then complete a full body screen. Prescribe excercises or varied stretches to help improve the body parts which are inhibited.
